I appreciated being about to get help by phone, and also the follow-through during processing my passport renewal. But why send me that daft XL sweatshirt with the RUSH label? What a waste? What giant male is going to walk around wearing that pathetic garment?

I had to call to have some things explained to me, and they were very patient and helpful. I even got the same customer service person, sorry, I have forgotten his name, but he was so nice in helping me do what I needed. I appreciate your services!

Very pleased with our experience. Process online was laid out straight forward. Their office can be quite busy so when I was ready for the review step with someone over the phone I had to leave a voicemail. I decided to email & heard back right away. I also utilized the chat function which worked great.

If there were an opportunity to error proof the DS-82 document before sending that would be helpful. I'm wondering what percentage of these documents need to filled out a second Time (like mine) due to an error.
