Very fast service. Promised 8 to 12 days got it in 6! The calling after place the order online is strange but they review all the documentation itens and procedures to avoid time costly mistakes. Proactive monitoring and tracking is reassuring and allow you to know exactly what is going on. Very good, will use it again, recommended.

I was getting things ready to go on vacation. I took my passport out of our lockbox and noticed that it had expired 2 months prior. I was leaving on vacation to Mexico in 16 days. I thought there was no way I could get a new passport before I was to leave. I found G3passports.com on the internet. I filled out my application online. A representative automatically called me just minutes afterwards. They instructed me what I needed to do and answered any questions that I had. They emailed me a FedEx shipping tag to send my old passport and renewal application to them. I took it to the FedEx location and it was in Washington D.C. The next morning. I was in a TOTAL panic when I discovered my passport had expired and I was scheduled to leave the country in 5 days! When I called G3, the passport specialist quickly calmed me down, told me exactly what I needed to do and was easily available every time I had a new question or concern. I was able to get all my paperwork filled out and mailed by 2:30pm on Monday and had my new passport in my hand by Thursday morning, as promised! They even sent me updates every step of the way so I knew the status of my order at all times. It's a bummer to have to spend that money but I feel that I got a good deal for the service I received and I can continue with my travel arrangements as scheduled. What a GIANT RELIEF! Thank you G3!
