We were in a bind upon realizing that our daughter's passport was due to expire. We got it quickly and easily, as promised. Teddy was great and walked us through every step.

Very pleased overall. My only complaint is that the shipping address was wrong when my passport came back - fortunately the Fed Express driver was able to figure out where I lived or I would have had to deal with non-delivery and getting it at a later time. The shipping address was ******* Amonson and the envelop said ******* Amonson.

Expired passport identified the week before Thanksgiving, needed a 7 day or less turn around. Submitted my application on line Monday and overnighted needed documents, the same day. I received everything Friday in perfect order! Great job.

From beginning to end the experience was excellent. We needed second valid passports and Teddy Etienne was extremely helpful and efficient. We have used your service in the past and will continue to do so. Now we will be working with the Miami office on Brazilian visas.
