Basically I bought a account where the seller indicated in the description that it was a handmade and legal account. The account worked for a while and out of nowhere it was blocked by Steam because it had been accessed by someone and was compromised. I did what the seller said, did not change the country of the account and tried to speak to support indicating the original email (the one the seller provided at the time of my purchase) and Steam responded saying that it was not the first email, I believe that the account is not handmade from the seller, but rather an account stolen from someone in China and in the meantime it was blocked by the system or the original owner asked to recover it. I asked the seller to help me, give me a refund or exchange for another legitimate account, his response was just "the warranty is over and the account has been banned". I contacted G2G support with all the evidence that the account that was sold was obtained through illegal means and even G2G's own terms do not allow STOLEN accounts to be sold and that the seller has to prove that the account is completely legal and his before selling (really? It doesn't seem like it), G2G's response was limited to telling me that the protection had already ended and that they couldn't do anything, I complained again providing even more evidence and asked for help and they did copy paste their previous message. In the meantime I don't any way to report the seller and give a negative feedback on his "store" Wow, what an amazing website! Don't buy anything here if you don't want to lose your money or the product you want! Unfortunately I did not use Paypal to buy the account, otherwise I would open a dispute there and refund the money trough Paypal.

I put my account up for sale. An order came for it. I gave the buyer access to the account's EMAIL. Later, the BUYER reported that the account was not working and changed the EMAIL of the GAMING account and retrieved it. About a week after the account was delivered, G2G refunded the buyer. Do not sell accounts at g2g, you will lose money and accounts. There are also good buyers. But if an order comes from a thief, the account will be lost 😡😡

G2G ruled me non-delivery and locked my sales account. I tried to contact and submit a ticket but only received a rejection. I have level 16 there, more than 20+ orders, 1 year ago problems started, bought LoL accounts, got banned on them after 5-6 days for Booting, after that i received another booted account instead of money back cuz that would be infinite loop of banned accounts.

I tried to tell them i want a refund (money back in G2G account cuz was faster than bank account) after that, the robot told me to wait 2 days for this scammer to respond to my messages ( he didnt), told them also this guy wasnt online for 7 days. The reply was "you need to wait 2 days then escalate the problem" (we dont give a $#*! about who s selling here and who dont). Tried to make another ticket "i want my money back on bank account instead of ur scam site" its been 2 days and they didnt respond. Last night made another ticket, told them i need my money back faster, they still didnt respond. They literally dont give a $#*! about you as a buyer, im just sitting all they checking the email and G2G balance account hoping i can get a new cs2 account.Im waiting for an admin to reply to my escalated problem, still nothing after 24 hours.for 7 fking euros.oh yea, you dont get back the fees you payed as a tax for them 🤣.

If the account is banned or fake, you may contact support and provide the proof which can pinpoint that it is caused by the seller.

Don't answer mails, seller doesn't say shit and when he does he just does it so that you don't think it's a scam, he then doesn't say anything for another 3 weeks. Placed an order so much time ago and still didn't get anything and it was more than 150euros. You can't get refunded cuz you get only store credits they don't get you the money back even if you don't receive the order. So practically. You pay and if the seller doesn't deliever they say. F*** you. This is not fair! These scums should pay the highest price. Jail for doing these kinds of stuff.
