Bought an Platinum account, but received SIlver. Customer service refused to refund me, told me to refer to refund policy. I asked them your section 1.2 described my case, all I got from them is a one-sided reply said they won't review my case or giving any explanation

Company Uses sellers to make money so they side with sellers, do not care about the Buyer

I Purchased a carrier for Eve echoes on G2G for 145$

The seller lied to my face multiple times have all screens shots of the conversation. The seller realized that the amount that they posted for the item I was purchasing was way below market value and refused to give me my item and forced canceled the purchase. Was also told they then were out of stock, after the cancellation procured the item went back on the market for 175$ even though they told me they had no stock. I reported the seller to G2G They did absolutely nothing to help me in any way shape or form. They shrugged me off as a customer and sided with the seller 100%. G2G as a Company has 0 Customer Service skills I Have since gotten my money back for what I purchased but shouldn't be forced as a buyer to cancel my purchase to benefit a seller. Several tickets were submitted and all were shrugged off with absolutely no response except a closed ticket. G2G Needs a -5 star review, not a 1
Company also did not issue a full refund they kept the processing fee of over 5$

Waiting for more than 5 hours when it clearly says maximum 30 minutes and the transactions are still verifying, how is this possible? I paid through paypal, waited 12 hours, nothing, refunded of course. Now I paid through crypto and skrill, same problem. They never verify it, terrible services, you cannot wait ******* days to get an online product delivered.

If only i could give 0 stars. Awful communication, awful support, site full of scammers, support are $#*!ed aswell 0 help they promote scamming. Keep closing ticket without solving any single thing. Last time buying from them, don't let the " nice " prices lure you over or you will regret it. I don't recommend this scam.

Scam site! Do not buy anythng from these scammers! They will change your password after a few months and re seel your account with all your dlc that you purchased. And you know what? G2g will do nothing about it! They say you have 15 days to refund so guys you might as well start up a scam project on this site and scam everyone because the site is allowing it. Fyi im setting up multiple accounts and will be scamming people seeing that g2g said thers nothing wrong with doing it when i emailed them regarding. So good luckif you use this site

A very sketchy verification process "to prevent money laundering" that caused me to have to report my credit card as stolen.
Only bots respond to your emails, and their customer support is as useful as speaking to a wall.
They scammed me out of 10 dollars since I cannot get my money nor my code back as I haven't completed their sorry excuse for a verification, which isn't that bad, but I highly recommend staying away from this website.

I bought Xbox game pass from one of the sellers but the code did not work, I escalated it to the admin, as it mentioned in their website, they wait for a period of time so the seller can fix it and then it will be directed to the admin to take action. I waited for that period to be over, then I sent them a message asking about the escalated ticket, their answer was you exceeded the time that you can be refunded

I did not take the working code, I did not take the money, so the stole my money

The Store isn't bad nice sellers fast and easy but I will say the support is $#*!. I wait 24+ hours for 1 respond just for them to give vague description than leave my ticket alone. I am currently waiting an extra 17 hours for my paypal to get verified by the support team.

G2g is a scam platform

I have been buying in-game currency from G2g and they have delivery regularly which gained my trust. But I noticed one recurrence that is each time after I purchased their items, there will always be some unknown trying to break into my game account. These hackers eventually managed to break in after my last purchase. They took all my digital asset. When i escalate this matter to G2g customer service officer, they gave me an irrelevant reply and SUSPENDED my g2g account. I am just an innocent customer. G2g did not investigate their seller and banned their buyer instead. They are clearly in collusion. Please follow through my attached images for proof.

Paid for 1m gold 2 days ago and have gotten NO replies from the seller about my order, nor has my order been filled. Upon opening tickets, I keep getting the same reply from "support" telling me to contact the seller via their chat and that I can get a "store credit refund" if I cancel so that I can purchase from another seller. If the first seller is a scammer, why tf would I want to try purchasing from another one? Not refunding money for unfulfilled purchases has got to be illegal. How do these scammers have a 4.7 on trustpilot?!?

Do not use this site. I made them hundreds of euros over 2 years and they allowed me to be scammed. Despite the massive amount of proof I gave under the 14 day insurance window they rudely told me to pass off. Take your money and assets elsewhere.

This is my personal experience with them. I made a sales and one of the orders was "not delivered" by their terms. For 2 years i made only 2 mistakes in delivery and they decided to close my account without explanation or anything. They literally stole my 300€ from account and blocked it. If you ever thing to sell in this $#*!ty platform - DO NOT EVER DO IT!
