As I was cancelling the plan, I just found out that I paid for a year's worth of meal services was being billed separately from the initial paid services. Nowhere in the online site does it say that it was set up this way. Per the G plan rep I talked to, they stopped the meals but won't cancel the online app access until December of 2023 so I won't get any refund. What a rip off!
This company is a scam. They manipulate you to sign up to "GET THIS GREAT DEAL" within 5 min but you can't see the details of the plan. I knew it wouldn't work for me once I was fully in. I had originally signed up for the base plan ($39.99) then you get the added annual plan for the "SUPER GREAT DEAL!" The terms and conditions won't let you get refunded for the annual but you do get refunded for the base plan with a 30 day money back guarantee.
So I was charged for both the base and the annual. When I went to get a refund of course they won't give you a refund for the annual but then they refused to give me a refund for the base plan which clearly states I can get a refund for. This company is a scam, they take your money and have no remorse. Don't do it. Seriously! They are only out for your money and don't care one bit for you. Don't fall for it.
If I could give it a zero I would. No returns and even if you are in the right you will have to fight for it. Not scientific at all. You pay a lot for zero one on one attention. The software is horrible and you will receive daily if bot twice daily spam emails asking you to pay for supplements, one on sessions, etc. Do yourself a favor and skip this and get a trainer / dietician in your area.

I let them know this was a fraudulent charge. I explained I never made this charge. I am terminal and have no use for any such diet aid as I have had a feeding tube for over a yr, weighe less then 115 lbs, etc and had proof to this, they kept telling me that they couldn't return my money. I finally told them that I would be letting my credit card/ bank know this was fraudulent and illegal. I also told them I would be making bad reviews and going to BBB. And this woman became very condescending saying things like Glad she could be helpful to me, have a nice day while sending me hearts. Via email which I had to research to even get.
Buyer beware as this is not a legit company, and I just learned my credit card made it in the wrong hands along with other info on the dark web. And yet even with proof they did nothing to resolve this and was rude and condescending as I never made this purchase. But now am unable to pay for my needed cancer meds that aren't covered which they also know.
Once I received information on their plan (only get to see it if you buy first), I knew that I would not use it. Within 15 minutes of initially signing up, I tried to cancel. VERY DIFFICULT to find how to do this. They claim they discounted it so much that there's no refund. I never once used their plan, how could I if only received the plan for 15 minutes. They are a ripoff company with bad policies. Totally scammed me out of my money.
As soon as you agree to a charge, they pulled a bait and switch and charge another larger monthly charge! I asked for refund immediately.
So I signed up for a one week free trial and before I could even use the service it keeps trying to get you to buy buy buy and upgrade, like non stop. Also the way they write things is in a way of guilt tripping you, for instance if you don't select to upgrade the choice you have to select says something like "no I rather risk not loosing weight faster and will stick to the general plan". Immediately it just turned me off so today I try to cancel by going under my membership plan and got a message saying:

So I call and what do you know I have to leave a message lol! Absolutely a scam company and I will be taking this up with my bank!
So I was looking into the options that they had, and was taken to a payment page before all the terms and conditions have been read and before making a decision if this was the plan for me. I saw that there was a discounted offer and when I hit back, it would not take me back and for some reason I was subscribed to the plan. Now, the subscription cannot be reimbursed so it forces you to use their product. Their customer service is only a mr Larry Philips who stated that he had called me multiple times and really he tried calling me once during lunchtime on a weekday where everyone is busy working. So I attempted to call several times, and these scam artists do not even pick up their phones. It's always a voicemail that you have to leave and 9/10 the phone line is busy. Run away from this company! And run fast!
App freezes and shuts down regularly. On top of that, they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee which is not true. They continued to charge me even after they confirmed my account had been closed, and refused to refund any of the fees they fraudulently charged. Had to work with my bank to get my money back for this essentially non-functioning product. Absolutely horrible experience.
This plan didn't really work out for me, it's less intuitive than some of the other apps out there and didn't really deliver much for results. What was really terrible about it was the customer service. I was on the pro plan so they make you call if you want to cancel, and after the first couple weeks I was already wary and definitely by the end of the month when they re-billed me I wanted out. I tried repeatedly to cancel, and either it was not the correct office hours or the phone would ring and ring and ring and ring and no one would answer. I left a voicemail, and then called again the next day and they finally picked up. They were no refunds as well as was promised when I signed up for the plan. I think the person in customer service may have been trying to help me but I had his hands tied by the way this system is set up. Through and through this was a frustrating experience.

I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE I WAS ORDERING I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE LOOKING AT THE OPTIONS NEXT THING I KNOW I HAVE 100 CHARGE ON MY CC. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS USELESS AS $#*!. THEY TOTALLY SUCK AND ARE BEYOND USELESS... DOOOOO NOOOOOTTTTTTT BUYYYYYYY OR EVEN LOOK AT THIS SCAM OF A SITE.
I was charged 4 times for things I didn't order. The customer service agents were rude and disrespectful and took days to return my call! Their app is hard to figure out and you aren't able to fix mistakes, cancel or even get a hold of a rep. By the time you do, they just tell you it's your own fault and they won't refund you. Don't trust them. They are a scam!
I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. Like all the other reviews this is a SCAM. It seems very legit until you put in your card information. My bank immediately marked it as fraud. What they are doing should be illegal. I hope they are investigated and shut down.
Like many in these reviews, I signed up for a $38 plan to be charged and additional $288. Like many I did not see all the extra they say comes with my plan. Like all I asked for a refund immediately which they refused and said I signed up for it. Which I did not. Filled a complaint with my card. Waiting for a resolution.

If you test sbsription via apple store and however then cancel subscription to the APP via apple store - THEY STILL CHARGE YOU THE SUSCRIPTION!
Worst is that they state on their page that you can cancel the suscription via apple store or your apple profile.

I originally got roped into this business due to their IG advertisements. It appeared to be a legitimate business; However, after several app glitches and non-responsive customer service support, I quickly realized this was another scam.
Like all the other 1-star reviews state, I signed up and then sent an email to cancel within the week, but G-Plan "claims" that they never received it. I also called their customer service number, which is automated and makes you think you'll be transferred to someone in customer service; however, after waiting on hold, it ultimately hangs up on you, and you never get to speak to anyone.
G-PLANS IS A TOTAL SCAM. Check your bank statements! I didn't notice the cancellation that I requested wasn't processed because they changed how it showed up on my statement for MONTHS! I ultimately had to go through my bank to dispute all the charges since G-Plan will not help you. It's unfortunate a business would operate in this way.
Do not sign up for this plan. I left three messages and emailed four times with no responses. I tried some of the meals and somehow they put me on a recurring plan. Cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel. Plus, I swear I did not sign up for the annual plan as I only wanted to try one month. Next I know I am charged for supplements and an annual plan. Very misleading so I agree... it is a bait and switch.
This business gets you at the get go. They are thieves! They make it hard to get out of this site then if you do want to try the 39$ product they end up charging you 288.00$. To be safe don't even go to this site not to mention the product does not work.
I started looking at this plan and was signing up. I thought I would go with the annual plan but before my Credit card was charged I decided to just go with the regular plan and didn't proceed with the payment.
I received several emails that my cc was declined. Great I didn't want to proceed. Turns out they went back and charged my card. They refuse to even talk to me now and hang up every time I call.

FRAUD! SCAM! All of the above! I am tired of companies trying to scam people. I am SO upset. G-Plan's offers you a discount to start their program for $39 then they offer you another discount for their, what they call, a bundle package. The bundle comes with their supplements. You can either accept the offer or decline it. I declined it but they still charged me for it. Minutes after I paid, I got an email with the receipt and saw a total charge of $288. I was expecting a charge of $39. I immediately emailed their support team and told them that there is a mischarge on my account and that I declined the bundle package but was charged for it. Obviously, there was an error, and asked them to cancel or void the purchase. They emailed me back and told me that they couldn't cancel, void, or give me a refund! Um, WHAT? How can you not cancel a pending order when YOUR SYSTEM made a mistake? I went back and forth with them without them acknowledging that there was an error until they canceled my subscription but still won't refund me. They sent me a screenshot of their tiny fine print that they don't offer refunds for their upgraded packages. Again, I didn't ACCEPT the bundle package! 3 days later I received an email that my supplements were going to be shipped to me. I sent another email and told them I did not want them and to cancel the shipment. Who knows if they did? A company that doesn't take this into consideration or immediately fixes the problem is a SCAM! It's also a SCAM because if you sign up, you don't have a choice. They charge you whether you select the upgrade or not. By the way, don't bother calling their support line, you'll never get anyone on the phone. G-plans, you've been reported, my bank and I will be handling my full refund and get ready for the FTC or a class action lawsuit!

Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
