Impossible to cancel or speak to anyone - unclear what you are signing up for - tried to cancel after a day of free trial. Three weeks, 20 phone calls and 10 emails and messages I have had to set up a block on my bank account. Total scam.
Free trials are only for NON-discounted plans. Hence, most everybody that went through the link where it gave a discount can't get a refund.
Also, didn't show the fine print for additional charges on that page. A statement saying check everything else in Terms and Conditions without a link is pathetic.
And actually, I did read it. There is nothing about additional charges that others have mentioned.
TDLR This company is a scam.
Do not go anywhere near this, you will never see your money back, they hide in the t&c's that annual memberships are not under the 30 day guarantee, nobody will ever reply to your emails. The only way to get out of this is via your bank, and that's only to stop future payments, I doubt I'll see my annual charge refunded. They are deliberately deceptive on how the charging works and I doubt customer service even exists - two calls that ring out and countless emails over weeks and no reply - this is shady, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Also the product is terrible, noom and better me much better, even free version of my fitness pal. Don't touch it.
I was looking through their information and they automatically took $35.99 out of my account then I get a call from bank about a fraudulent transaction they were trying to charge me another $137they were trying to charge me. Fried was aware of it but somehow the payment still went through. I called the company immediately was I see that I signed up for this and I cannot get a hold of anyone. They said be to a stupid chatbot that does not help me at all I have sent numerous emails to them and I have called their phone number numerous times and each time they say we have higher than expected wait times please speak with our chat bot. I have not received anything from this company or taking anything from them at all I have not even downloaded the app be careful this is the worst company ever.
DO NOT BUY! Total scam! I thought I was purchasing a plan for $39.99 TOTAL and then was charged $147.00 and received an email stating that would be the charge per month. Never confirmed a "food box" or "grocery list". Tried cancelling on the website and received a pop up that said I had to cancel by phone. Called three times and left messages as no representative was available. Tried cancelling via chat on the website and received a message someone would contact. Me in 2 hours. Never happened. Sent multiple emails to cancel. No response. I'm disputing the charges through my credit card company.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY i am not an app person but thought id use this one. Atleast give it a try. Well after being billed 39.99 i realized i had not cancelled. I hit the cancel button to cancel and got a message that i had the pro plan so needed to call *******009 which of course no one answer. I called 3x and left 3 voice mails and no reply. I am going to dispute it with my bank because it is obvious that no one is interested in resolving this issue.
I had seen the G-Plan weightloss solution being advertised on Instagram and one night, in a moment of weakness, I signed up. However, after filling in all the online details, including my credit card details, I was not able to log into the program because the system said that my email address was not real and that my mobile number was not either. After a few attempts with different emails, the system kept rejecting me. Frustrated, I sent an email to support to tell them to cancel my order and NOT to process payment as I was well within my 30 day TRIAL PERIOD. Needless to say, I have never received even an acknowledgement of receiving my email...and over 8 further attempts to Support, Instagram messages and finally phone calls from Netherlands to San Diego, I am no further in resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the payment was processed...seems that part of the business is working real fine! And then it also occurred to me that this is a monthly subscription and not a one off payment as I thought it would be. I will now have to go through all the hassle of having my bank reverse the charges...so people, all I can say is STAY AWAY! It looks like a money making operation feasting on people who are just trying to do something in their lives to stay healthy.
I signed up for the pro-plan. It was stated in the policy upon signing up, that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. It was under 24 hours of signing up that I realized that the plan and the app where horrendous. I had to call consistently, every hour, for over 2 days to get a hold of someone on the phone, Octavia was her name. She told me that I could not get a refund because I received a new member discount. This was NEVER mentioned anywhere in there refund policy. Steer clear of this company. They are a bunch of cheats. In fact, The better business bureau has received so many complaints, that this company has been downgraded to "unaccredited" with a grade of "F"
I cancele subscription within 5 fraud of purchase. I kept getting daily emails which I responded to saying I want this canceled. Then I started calling, over 15 times but never spoke to anyone. I honestly don't believe it's a real company!
Be careful, they are a scam organization that get you to accept a small charge for 17 and actually bill for 39. Then random charges of $108 and $3 and $75. They are a fraudulent operation. Be careful!
I started a trial in July and found some health issues in August that needed my attention. I had never even used the plan but when I tried to cancel it kept telling me I had to call bc I was a PRO membership. I called and left voicemails each month I was charged from September- April $39/month I just now finally received an email back apology that they have had an influx of messages! It's been almost a year being charged for a plan I never used :( I didn't have time to deal with a SCAM like this while battling other health issues. I definitely would NEVER recommend them and I feel as though I was scammed and charged for services I never used or wanted.
They told me my weight loss would be easy for my body type. Once I signed up it was changed to difficult. They have also tried charging my ccard hundreds of $$ I did not authorized. They don't answer phones or return emails to help you.
DO NOT USE! BUYER BEWARE! Like other reviews here, I was forced to cancel my cc because they are a complete scam. They do not have a spot on the app or website to cancel, nor can you access billing info to change/edit the information. They have a phone number you must call, or an email address and neither works to actually reach them. There is also an app support chat bot that promises to give you an answer as soon as possible but never comes through. Tried to reach out through the support facebook group and the lady suggested calling or emailing.
Hard to get a hold of customer service, hard to cancel a program and the platform will not modify fully for specialty foods. The company charged me $127.99 and I learned quickly that I wasn't able to use their platform for my specific health conditions.
It took me a long time to finally reach someone (multiple days /emails /messages) and I asked for a refund. Apparently their policy says no full refunds but when signing up, you don't have access to the policy.
The person Said "I can go outside of our policy and offer you a refund for $78" only. Ofcourse that is another tactic to feel like you are being validated.
They utilize sleazy marketing tactics that aren't authentic or transparent. Don't waste your money!
This company is a scam! In fact they started sending me meals (weekly) and LEAN Vitamin supplements that I did not order! I can not after numerous attempts get them to stop charging my credit card. I have emailed there customer support dozens of times to get them to stop. I can not believe they took my credit card information that I only authorized for the website program and used it also for their meal plans and supplements. Even in their "live group" chat they had a new bee that was not trained to address the groups questions. She was removed the last 5 minutes by her supervisor who apologized and explained she was in training! When I brought up why I was receiving and being charged for products I did not order she said they are delivered by a third party company and I have to contact them. Needless to say there is no contact info for these third party companies. This Doctor is a Scam artist cashing in on the Kardashian name! Please be careful when falling into his G-Plan. Should be called G-Scam!
Once you sign up you absolutely can't cancel. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. Do NOT give this company your business or your credit card information! Four voicemails and multiple emails have all been ignored. They are a scam and just want to sell fake supplements.
You can find all info on the internet that helps you a lot better. Charged my card 3 times. Paid $200 when it said 29. I tried to cancel 1/2 after I seen prices. They said I have a credit on my file that I can't get back it stays there. Even if I don't want the plan. So basically goes back in there pocket. Walk away. I mean run.
I signed up for their plan for $39, and then all of the add-ons piled on that weren't mentioned when signing up. It also wasn't mentioned that you need to commit to a monthly subscription, which is $200/month. To get it reduced I had to commit to a 15 month plan. The tricky part is trying to cancel your subscription. I'm order to do so, you have to call as they won't cancel it online due to having your "health" information. I called their help desk multiple times, but they're so "busy" I had to leave a message. I'm still waiting for a call back. I also emailed them and still haven't received a response. I had to cancel the card I used to stop them from getting any payments. Save yourself the headache and avoid.
This business is very cagey. I saw charges on my credit card that I did not recognize. Nothing in the charge that referred to G-Plans. They charged me two different charges over the past two days. I contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges and stop all future payments. One was for a fitness plan and the other was for meals. Only when you open the box you see the it was sent by G-Plans. I actually had to cancel my credit card in order to stop all payments to this fraudulent business. I also continue to receive e-mails from Cici, supposedly my instructor commenting I haven't opened the app as yet. I continue to send e-mails back, now up to 25, telling them I canceled the account within eight hours after I was sent an invoice for $120 more than I approved. I signed up for the supposedly $29.00 plan but was charged over $120.00! Forget the lies that they tell you during the video. I have also sent two comments to the BBB, letting them know of the fraud. This is unbelievable. It's like the circle of hell. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!
Answer: Agreed! Very POOR customer service. Nice but dumb. I haven't gotten to the refund stage yet... will let you know how that goes...
Answer: I'm going to file in small claims just for the principle.
Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
