Purchased the G-Plan as advertised for 39.00. Nowhere did it advise it was in USD. Nowhere did it advise it was a monthly subscription. Sent an email to confirm it was CAD $ and not monthly. By the time they responded it was past the 6 hour window to cancel with a refund. Misinformation is the same as a scam as far as l am concerned.

This company charges my card charges that I never authorized. You cannot reach a live person to correct. Stay away from them. They illegally charges my card almost $400. Be careful.

In my opinion this is a scam and rip-off. They charged my credit card $288.01 for services and subscriptions I did not ask for. They refuse to issue a refund and refuse to allow me to speak with someone of authority who could address my issue. I have filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. They are preying on people who are trying to improve their health. This Dr. Goglia, if he really exists, should be ashamed of himself.

DO NOT buy into this scam. Was told $69 charge for the plan and an extra bonus for $39 for supplements and a sleep supplement - check out the video. Then got their email receipt for $288 Called their number…rang forever, then disconnected. I looked further and got a different number which connected me to a customer service rep - Semaj. He assured me that no further charges will be applied to my credit card until 2/21/23 and no monthly $39 which appeared in hazy print on the receipt. I cannot access the app which would cost $39/month to open it. Disgusted. Calling BBB. Called my bank and they will issue a new debit card once the first $39 hits my account! Also, the books that appeared in the bonus $39 are not physical books…Semaj said those images were just used to pretty up the ad!

I received an email today with confirmation that I purchased G-Plan and some sort of add on totaling over $288.00. The problem is that I never made the purchase. When I called the company to explain they said they had my email address and credit card and that all the info checked out, so it actually WASN'T fraudulent. I've had an email exchange with customer service saying almost the exact same thing and that the Terms and Conditions clearly state no refunds. To my absolute shock they didn't accept my claim as valid, for a product I've never even heard of. They are an absolute scam with improper business practices. DO NOT buy from them. I'm notifying my bank of the fraud and I will not be paying them. Just beware.

It is not listed anywhere clearly when you sign up for a "free trial" that they are going to continue to bill your credit card. I looked clearly for it and didn't see it. Also, they claim to offer support and no one responds. They send an email from a coach that says "contact me at this number and this website if you need anything! Just reach out!" No one replied to my 4 emails and the number just goes straight to "user busy". Don't waste your money - they are not trustworthy.

Beware! I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Don't give them the time of day! My bank issued a fraud alert the minute I placed the order and they were sure Right! Oh my goodness! They put money back guarantee on everything but when you decide to cancel a minute later all of the sudden oh the pills you ordered that you thought were only $35.00 are actually $135.00; oh and by the way the order shipped even though I cancelled it and surprise it isn't refundable! Just put SUCKER across my forehead because there is one born every minute.

They refunded my $98.00 in 12 hours!

Popped my wife's card for $39.00 then $98.00 before I locked the card. They sent an email saying "Your payment of $151.00 was declined, please update your payment information"! She's going to call and ask for the refund within 30 days as adveliezed, not holding my breath after reading these reviews. $137.00 would fill my gas tank almost twice with all this craps going on and your have those SCUMBAGS STEALING money apparently. I wish I had a physical address to go to!

This company is in the business of scamming people out of their money! DO NOT SIGN UP! Close the tab, immediately! They say they offer money back guarantee…. They will not give me my money back! They are total crooks. You think you are signing up for a trial, then you think it's only $39 then they try to sell you diet pills which are total BS then they try and sell you more plans and more plans and the next thing you know they've taken all your money and they won't give it back and they won't honour their 30 day back guarantee

I signed up for an annual subscription but they took monthly payments out of my account as well. Offered no refund and no accountability. I only ticked one start because i couldn't pick zero! I don't recommend G Plans!

I went on to sign up for the app and then was solicited to buy more products at a discount. I received my invoice and was billed for a full year of the app which I never subscribe to a year and products and was charged more for the crappy products. They refused to refund me after multiple emails with some condescending person named Gelou. Stay away from this company. You are much better off doing Weight Watchers, Optavia, or any other program out there. BUYER BEWARE!

This company is actually a scam, and for some reason no one has reported it to this level. Now is the time. I signed up for a 1-time $39 fee and then they charged me a second month. I attempted to cancel by calling which is what they say, but literally no one answers the phone. They will then tell you via email "you're too late."

So I looked into it and on the Better Business Bureau page (which it looks like they temporarily deleted), Trustpilot, Yelp, Sitejabber, Facebook, Reddit, etc there are HUNDREDS of people who were scammed in a similar way. I linked some below:

Finally, I did a little experiment of commenting on their Instagram about their malpractices abs they just delete comments. Then they block you. My friend and I did this from several accounts and also saw other people's negative comments deleted. They delete any shred of exposure to their criminal behavior.

I signed up for a $39 'Pro Plan' but was actually charged over $300 in 5 small charges ($29 - $98). These charges are for upgrades and products I DID NOT add to my cart. As you click through the additional sales pitches, you will be charged for everything, even if you select and click the decline button and even after you decline it a second time on the 'are you sure you don't want this" pop-up window. Now they will not issue a refund because according to them, "I upgraded to the to the annual plan" which does not include a money-back guarantee. Sadly, this is just another scam.

THIS IS A SCAM. You will enter your card number thinking you're only being charged $39 and then you'll be charged $290. When you reach out for help, their customer support team will say all charges are non-refundable…. STAY AWAY

They have taken so much money from me. What was suppose to be a $39 subscription and $20 extra for the extra. I have been billed $39+$98+$151 like why I couldn't tell you. I have been calling the last 3 days and nobody ever answers the phone. I have sent 6 emails and not one response. I have done the chat box but its all bot responses. Whatever you do! DO NOT SUNSCRIBE! I am changing my debt card so that they can't try and get more money. I will be reporting them to the attorney general and better business. I should have known when it showed the billing was in california. Crooks!

I purchased their monthly plan for $39 and was charged $288. They refuse to refund my money even though I cancelled within 6 hours. They claim I purchased some plan that I did not purchase. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my State Attorney General.

This company is a complete scam! I went through the whole check out process and checked out at the price of $39. When I got my receipt emailed to me, it was for $288! DO NOT give this company your banking information! They will charge you for things that you never agreed to! Also, customer service is a complete joke and completely useless! Will be disputing the charges ASAP!

I signed up for the 39 dollar plan and ended up being billed over $200. I cancelled immediately and have emailed the company twice to request a refund. Still I have received no email back or refund. Now i am having to go through my bank. A lot of hidden things with this company and they take money without even being authorized.
