This is a sham and a business that needs to be reported to the BBB ( which I will do immediately after this review). It is basically recipes and meals and is not personalized. Most importantly despite the fact that I canceled within 5 minutes of purchasing they will not cancel the charge they applied to my account. The advertising states it is monthly but if you add the supplements it immediately becomes a yearly charge. The company refuses to assist at all and even goes so far as to pretend they have a poor connection. So from an expected approximate $40 charge you very quickly owe $288.

I signed up and regretted it right away. I called to cancel and Customer Service was unavailable. I left several messages and emailed requesting cancellation. Three months later I called my bank. They recommended I stop payment since they could not process a chargeback. The company tried to charge my credit card a fourth time even though they knew I had cancelled the service. Luckily my bank had placed a stop payment on the reoccuring charge. What a rip off.

When I was on their site, I got excited about it because I need to lose weight. However, when I was getting ready to purchase, I had second thoughts about it! I WISH I would have went with my gut feeling. I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in. Within 30 minutes OR less, I TRIED to cancel. It let me but when I emailed for a refund, they refused!

I sent a letter to my credit card company and they are reviewing it. When I told G-Plans to cancel, I told them to stop sending the food. I requested a refund. So they stopped the food AND kept my money!

I wish I would have read reviews BEFORE I purchased. Also I didn't see anything that said it was not refundable!

They sent me an email with "their policy". Too bad they didn't show it when you purchased!

I give it NEGATIVE 5 stars! You shouldn't be forced to give it 1 star because they don't deserve it!

I signed up for this plan at $78 then was charged nearly $300. As soon as I noticed the charge (the next day) i cancelled and requested a refund and was told no because the plan i signed up for was discounted and Exempt from the 100% money back guarantee refund they offered per "Sheldon" that was listed in their site

THEY SAY YOU GET A FULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, I TRIED ASKING FOR A REFUND AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION (I CANCELEND RIGHT AWAY! AFTER FALLING INTO THIS SCAM) BUT SADLY THEY SAY IT'S ONLY FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION.
THEY POST 30-DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEED EVERYWHERE BUT THEY DON'T POST ANYTHING ABOUT MONTHLY/YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION! DID NOT USE THE APP FOR THE WHOLE YEAR AND THEY GOT THEIR "DONATION" LIKE THEIVES!
AND THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPER SLOW AND UNHELPFUL!

I realized after false representation of what this platform was that it wasn't what it described itself to be and I immediately cancelled and they refused to refund $300 without me even signing in to the plan! RUN - NEVER GIVE THEM MONEY - THIS PROGRAM IS A BUNCH OF LEFTOVER SCRAPPED REMAINS OF OTHER PLANS THAT DON'T WORK AND THEY'LL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU KNOWING THAT THIS PLAN IS TRASH!

BEWARE! I didn't even click on a subscription and they still charged me $288, I called them right away and they won't refund. I disputed this scam with my credit card company. If you enter a credit card number they will charge you whatever they want without permission! DONT DO IT!

I entered this program with great anticipation and excitement only, after a week, to become completely discouraged and, after 3 weeks enraged. The APP is TRASH-after my 1st check in the program switched me from a fat/protein diet to a Dual Carb with NO way to re-set. I reached out to the NON-EXISTENT Customer Support who kept saying, 'this happens and Tech is working on it but you will lose weight'. How about NOT! My first clue should have been the MULTIPLE mis-spellings in 'slides', lack of response and communication, inability of the app to function or work- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE PAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN USING MY FITBIT AND HAVE ACHIEVED FAR BETTER REULTS ON MY OWN. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WHAT A BUNCH OF 6 YO BS. HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH.

ITS A SCAM! Do not even enter Your crédit card number: even without confirming, they Will charge several $$$! And they just tell you they cannot refund and its too bad.
DO NOT BUY!

I sure wish I had read this before I downloaded the app and joined paying the $39. Because the next day I was charged another $250 for what they said I upgraded which like other people here I did NOT. That's why they offer the 30 day money back only for the "pro-plan subscription". Which is what I actually signed up for. They "say" I immediately upgraded to the " X-Ccelerate Bundle". Why would I do that if I just paid $39 for the month. It makes no senses at all. Of course they don't refund the "X-Ccelerate Bundle" most expensive plan. Since they do refund the cheap plan they upgrade you without your knowledge or permission to the most expensive plan so they have to refund nothing! This is the biggest scam on people who just want to better themselves.

I first bought this thinking it was a one-off plan to get access. It started off with a survey and it seemed nice then the money started showing. ANY chance they got there was pop-up after pop-up of "deals" that clearly were just a money-hungry scam. You have to exit out of multiple just to get to the home page. I decided to cancel straight away something seemed off - I tried to cancel but I couldn't - if you want to cancel don't bother calling just email them right away and READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE. Only the Pro plan gets a money-back refund, nothing else!

I came across this website answered the questions filled out the information and next thing you know it took my money without a final review, I asked to cancel they said before we do why you wish to cancel? I explained why and then they say "I apologize, we are unable to cancel orders for meals once they have been placed since they are processed and forwarded to Sunbasket." This is BS. I asked for this cancellation immediately after they took my money. Don't do it the customer service sucks and they're all about keeping your dollar. I wish I could give them no stars a big fat ZERO.

I signed up with a discounted rate of $39, then they proceeded to try to charge me $288! I spoke to them and explained that I NEVER agreed to this, I was basically told, too bad so sad. This is now being disputed with my bank. I had to close out my bank card and update all my automatic payees, what a hassle.

Massive scam. I purchased, Under the impression this was not a recurring plan, only to find out it is. Trying to cancel the plan is nearly impossible. So many sales gimmicks, etc. At the end of the day, the food combinations were not correct for me- I gained weight and body fat, the "nutritionist" consult was the biggest hoax- ever. Horrible plan, horrible customer service, horribly deceptive.

I signed up for a monthly plan knowing I could try this service for 30 days, but when I cancelled 2 weeks into plan I was told I would receive no refund. My monthly plan was actually charged for the full year all at once even though I didn't choose it. Surprisingly when I cancelled they are telling me I can't be refunded for the $288 I was charged because I was in the year plan, that I didn't choose. Isn't that coincidental to have been forced into yearly plan and charged yearly charge only to be told my 30 days was invalid? Do not join this plan! They do not operate professionally and are very underhanded.

I ordered month deal 39.99 they charged and signed me up for annual subscription 190.oo + 97.oo for pills. VERY RUDE AND WILL NOT DO REDUND OR RETURN
SCAM!

Damnit i wish i read these reviews before making the mistake of trying this. Yep $200 later after false advertising for $39. Should of known better.

I recently seen the advertisement for the G-plan. I thought it would be a good way to get a meal plan for myself. As I was signing up they had these offers called a bundle. It has extra stuff in it to help with sleep and weight loss. I said no thank you to it.
When I checked my credit card. They had changed Mr for the bundle!
I'm not sure what to do now, as they refused to give me back my money.

I signed for the plan never used it tried to cancel they said it was then I got charged another annual fee and they said it was not refundable they don't allow for refunds. I was evena client and got charged completely scam. Managers will not speak to you and when they give emails to talk to someone they give a non working email. Also never answer there phones takes hours to connect
