Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday. Not only did they not show up but the florist didnt accept the order and no one told me or the site. I was left until I cancelled the order Sunday. No one even offered free shipping or a larger bouquet to keep my business. Ill be sticking with 1800 a Flowers. At least they deliver on time
FTD deals with a flower shop near where you want them sent but what they show you online may not be what the actual shop has the talent to accomplish.
I ordered a nice bouquet in mid-December for delivery by the 22nd. When the person who was supposed to receive it hadn't mentioned it by the 28th, I went online to check when it was delivered. IT WASN'T, and they hadn't said a word to me. I contacted customer service, and they responded that it would be delivered by January 21st. I told them to cancel. I then received a phone call trying to get me to accept the order for the January date. Incompetent fools! NEVER USE!
This order was a disaster. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital in Colorado. Made sure all information for ship to was accurate. Today I received the flowers in Hawaii where I live. The Colorado hospital name was correct, zip code correct, but my name and address for delivery. Plus the flowers were mostly wilted, roses all opened, and the ribbon looked as it it had been used several times already. Trying to get this settled but no phone to call only email (which may take days to receive an answer). I put a hold on the credit card. Worst part is my friend has no flowers to make her feel better. I'll never use this company again.
Forward never delivered. Called several times, emailed several times and no response whatsoever. This company is a complete scam!
I ordered from them twice, and the 1st time for my aunt's funeral and they called ME to tell me they couldn't find a florist in that town that was open. I explained that WHY I put the zip code for the bigger city next to it, and when the wreath got there it looked liked a scrawny wilted version of the picture. Them I just ordered some for my Dad for veterans day, and I almost died when my sis in law sent me a picture! NOTHING like what I ordered and no vase. I wouldn't pay 5.00 on the street for them. Horrible place, they obviously don't follow up on there orders.
Flowers received were bruised and banged up (like they were in a box and kicked down a block. With apologies to the recipient, I contacted FTD (I was a gold member), I called and emailed a few times, but no one ever responded. I had hoped to let them know to assess what had happened - bad product, delivery... as it may have effective many customers. I never heard back by phone, email or even through account in mail. No customer service at all! Now I only send flowers directly from local florists.

First thing flowers were ready until, monday, then they told me that they don't deliver where i stay, then when i went to meet the lady the order was wrong, wrong size wrong colors. So i called the contact info online a week ago and nothing... no refund or redo or anything. So in short stay away from eflowers and use 1800flowers

Placed order for wife's birthday while out of town for work, no delivery, no callbacks but there was a quick charge on my CC! Has been almost 2wks, no resolution. Over 5 calls so far to their "support" staff with the same old "will forward your message to our shop and they will call you to resolve"... no that doesn't happen. Tried to get transferred to a customer service person or manager today, was told they don't have customer service dept to transfer to, they only take the orders, well that's the first truthful thing I've heard since this whole fiasco started. Super frustrating and disappointing!

Ordered 3 items fo delivery on Thursday October 5,2017. Only 2 item was delivered. Call them right away to inform of the problem, can't get a hold of anyone but an automated machine. Call their sister company where I place my order and they could not help me at all. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
Good thing I didn't order for a funeral. Just a birthday. But like the other reviews they tried to take the money and run. Had to call the card company. Can't believe they are still up and running business. With the Mac Logo and on Google. WTF..
I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother 80 Birthday and what was ordered was not what was delivered. The box should have Happy Birthday written on the front instead was delivered in a plain box with total different flowers, total different from what's shown on their site.
I called left messages and send an email with pictures and no one from eflowers has gotten back to me. I would never use them again. Poor customer service totally unprofessional.
I figured all on-line flowers were more or less the same. Was I wrong. My flower order showed up hours late, it was about 1/3 the size of the photos on line, but it was full cost. Never use them. Stay away!
Just love FTD. Florists, I have had to order flowers for different occasions, and they are very helpful. Flowers are always fresh and last a week to 10 days, very beautiful bouquets
I ordered flower arrangement for my granddaughter's Birthday. She never got her Birthday flowers. I called the company several times, emailed them. I was assured the the matter would be handled and I was promised a full refund on my purchase. This NEVER happened. They need to own up to their scandalous practices and be shut down for good!
Just like majority of reviews say, they take your money and deliver nothing. I've called 3 times same requested info from the rep and then never get a call back. I'm actually reporting to the BBB and a few other places to have this place shut down! Now I have to go through the headache of having my card stop payment to this garbage eflowers site.
Ordered surprise birthday flowers for a friend. Paid for same day delivery. 4 days later, the birthday is over and the surprise is ruined (non-existent). No flowers and No refund. They basically stole my money. I have called 3 times and sent 2 email messages. No response to email at all and each phone call they take the same info and promise a call back that you never get. I've called my bank to dispute the charge. I've also made a Facebook post to warn others. This was definitely my bad - will only order directly from flower shops in the future.
Crappiest service ever! I ordered online for same-day delivery. Got a call saying they couldn't be delivered same-day. Given option of next day delivery, 5 days later delivery, or cancel. I said ok to next day delivery. Well come 5pm California time NO FLOWERS! So I called and cancelled order and want a full refund for something that didn't get promised, and was told someone will be calling me. Come Monday morning, I still hadn't gotten a call back, so I called and still nothing. Then the flowers show up and they were wilted and crappie looking, and not even what I ordered to be delivered! No I won't be recommending anyone to use your business.
