As a locksmith in Guam my customers computer box have had to be replaced due to the immobilizer wouldn't read (failed to communicate) the keys I tried to program. It took roughly a month to get my ECM with the smoke up the $#*! excuse of it takes time to program. Keep in mind it was a stock program. When I received it I plugged it in and my key worked one time with it cutting out right away and locking me out. My key wouldn't even run the chime for the key being in the ignition. Remember I supplied the VIN for programming the stock program. If you want to call dumping a pre written program programming. I had to buy new keys and go in myself and erase the VIN and re enter it. Yes, I checked it. I re entered the right VIN and delete the other 5 that were not related to my truck or any other module in it. I would definitely use them again... if I was bored and needed a good laugh.
The ECM/PCM is not usable.

Warranty takes a very long time and hold times are long. Once you work thru the hoops they do get you taken care of.

I was skeptical about ordering a rebuilt ECM because from past experiences they don't always work. But I was not able to find a new one for that year and model so I either had to buy a used one on go with a rebuilt one. Once I got it installed my battery was to weak to start the vehicle. So I had it charged up and when my truck started up I was well pleased with it. I also love the fact that it came with a lifetime warranty. Again, I am well pleased!

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
