I tried multiple times with the relearn procedure! But still not starting! Frustrated had to put old ECM back in!
Just took to long to get it. It took two weeks and that was just to long for my customer to have to wait

2004 F150 4.6.On cold start up idle was erratic. Installed pcm with keys fixed idle. Only problem I had was getting keys cut. Hardware store or Lowes would not cut keys unless you bought them there went to locksmith to have cut.

I was able to order and receive a good quality FCM for a truck that was otherwise totaled electronically. Now I have her back on the street at an affordable price.

Purchase an ACM computer from you guys a while back. It's supposed to be plug and play. I plug it in truck. Won't start ran a scan. Every code with Ps on my scanner. I called to find out what's going on for refund and get told. You're going to charge me $85 for a refund? Not gonna happen, we'll never use you guys again ever.
After several attempts to make the "new" PCM work, we are giving up on it.
We followed the instructions with no success!
Not sure how to proceed?
We don't have a lot of experience with the electronics, and we are not sure how to verify if a PCM is good OR bad.
We were under the impression that this would be a "plug & play" type of swap.
I bought this for my son's car, and it's still dead in the water!
I bought a pcm for my Chevrolet duramax I'm very satisfied with flagship one. It took about two weeks to get it but was exactly the time frame that was stated by Flagship one. The pcm looked new and it came with instructions to reprogram it to the truck. I hope i dont need another one for this truck but if I do I'd buy it from flagship.
Had install by RPM auto electric,the minute i drone it went crazy
The repaied the old one so I could drive my truck

Ordered a ECM for my 1998 GMC Safari shipping was delayed several times. I did receive the ECM later than was promised, so far the unit is working. Satisfied with ECM.
Original ecm throwing a code for intake manifold runner. Replaced same. Code would not go away. Dealer wanted $$$$$$$ to "fix". 3 bolts, 2 connectors later (and a good price from flagship)--- hardest part of the job was opening the hood. Code cleared almost immediately. (re-learn takes a few "drive cycles"). Saved mucho bucks. Am pleased as punch.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
