I was disappointed that, although the flowers delivered were beautiful, the amount of flowers were not as lush as shown online and were very loose when put in vase. Meaning vase was larger than the necessary for amount of flowers sent. Could have used more filler and greens to fill vase.

Lots to choose from & beautiful arrangements

I was upset that there is a handling charge, what is the reason for that,

Florist did NOT provide advertised arrangement. A picture was sent to me and the arrangement certainly was not the "Premium" status. It appears to be a third of quantity and variety described was missing I am extremely dissatisfied with the order and service provided.

Easy and prompt delivery. Did not like the initial $15 delivery fee so decided to not place an order. Ten minutes later I got an email waiving the delivery fee and then I went back and placed the order.
Worked out perfectly and I was appreciative the delivery fee was waived.

Almost turned it down due to the cost of the delivery. The free delivery made all the difference.

I thought it would be a little better then what was sent seemed a bit small for what I paid for but she loved it regardless

The recipient loved them and I was sent a picture of them and they are very beautiful. The color is great and it put a smile on his face so it was all well worth it.

It was fine until I saw that handling fee. That is just ridiculous. I'll definitely be sure to compare other places, first, next time around.

It makes no sense to send me this survey. This was a gift for someone else. I have no idea if the product was any good. I liked what I saw online...that's why I ordered it.

The order wss completed to my satisfaction.

It was easy to purchase but I was expecting around $30.00-$35.00. I get the extra $3.00 to deliver same day. &14.99 for some fee. That is insane. If I wasn't in a pinch i would find another resource and site to buy from. Seems a little steep. Not using this site again.

Ordered the flower for my Mom in laws Birthday! She Loved it! I didn't expect the arrangement was so good and lovely! Really exceed my expectations! Flowers are so fresh and beautiful. And delivered on-time than expected! Highly recommended and will surely order again for another occasions! Thank you for making my mother in laws birthday extra special!

The process of ordering the product and the quality of the product was nice - however the "picture" is misleading and the arrangement was "smaller" than what I expected for a $93.00 charge..

It was fast and easy! My daughter and grandchildren loved the pretty flowers and the balloon's was a big hit with my grandchildren. Thanks for getting this order to my family so quickly, I will order again sometime!
