I guess I thought it would be bigger based on the price paid. I have a photo if you would like to let me know if the size of flowers is correct for what I paid.
The site was super easy to use, the prices were good and the delivered product was amazing! My wife loved it!
The only feedback I have is that I understood the arrangement was offered in a clear vase. Instead the vase was purple. Had I known this, I may of chosen something different.
But, it is very nice, and overall I am pleased.
Even though the recipient was at home at the time of delivery, the flowers were left in an inconspicuous spot on the porch where they sat through freezing temperatures overnight and were dead upon opening the next day. Satisfaction rating zero.

It was all very easy and the quality of the orchid I ordered was terrific. I found it a bit expensive but I did want same day delivery. It was a good experience.
This survey makes absolutely no sense. How am I to comment on whether a product was delivered to a recipient who is literally 1000 miles away? These Shopper Approved people need to rethink their approach if they are to be taken seriously (and by extension, the services they work with). This survey HARDLY collects valuable customer feedback.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
