Ordering was pretty easy, I found just what I was looking for and ordered them with no problem at all. The delivery was the disaster. The flowers (tulips) began transport the night before the actual delivery from Miami. They reached the florist in my mother's area at 8 a.m. on the date of deliver where they rode around in their delivery truck until they were delivered at 4:48 p.m. I contacted her at at 3:20 p.m. at which time they were still in transit as noted under the tracking number. I told her to contact me when they arrived (now ruining the surprise). By 6:00 p.m. I checked again and it said they were delivered at 4:48 p.m. - this is when we discovered they did not ring the bell. They were placed by the front door vertically upside down in the box. When she unboxed them one bud was broken off and they were very wilted; ends dry. I called the company and they were apologetic. They reimbursed 25% of my payment and sent me a $10 coupon off a future order. I appreciate the gesture, but I would have rather of had a beautiful bouquet of tulips delivered to my mother on her birthday.

From the picture my friend sent of the arrangement I ordered it did not look as good as the picture did when I ordered it.

I loved the fact that it was same day delivery. I just wish that when I called customer service to inquire about tracking the product that the agent could have given me a more detailed explanation as to where it was instead of a broad time range of when it would be delivered.

Doesn't work well with iPhone. And it would be better to know the price including delivery and tax before entering my info for faster shopping.
Also, to meet the $39.99 minimum I added 2 balloons, but it did not count the balloons towards my minimum purchase so I don't feel as good about the value. It seemed like no matter what I did, my price was $50+

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
