There were many flowers that had not bloomed. It made the arrangement look very meager, not at all like the picture item.
Our last purchase for another event was great and well worth the price. This order was disappointing.

It was fine. Ordering is usually pretty easy and or any problem involved, however the last couple times I've ordered and my daughter ordered the quality of the arrangement was not what we expected. In fact what my daughter sent me for my birthday was half of what the picture showed. We're very disappointed. She has an order against sense. I tried several times to reach the florist with no luck. Do to their hours.
Hopefully the order I placed today will be as the photo shows. If it looks good then I will probably order again in the future if not this will be the last time I order.

Your customer service was great and had an arrangement redelivered on the scheduled day on original order. The order was delivered as promised.

For people with aging eye site it would be nice(If possible) that the enlarged picture might be increased to a larger size.

The arrangement I ordered was in a lovely sunshine yellow vase that was perfect for my sister's home. The vase delivered was a hideous, cheap-looking, ostentatious, bright metallic gold. I read and understand the clause regarding substitutions, but it stated that necessary substitutions would be similar in appearance and of equal value to the item pictured. This wasn't even close. I am very disappointed.

I chose fromyouflowers.com over their competitors due to both the reasonable pricing and ease of use of their website... However, as an online consumer, I found that the simple (one time) email confirming my order was not enough, and it swayed my confidence; as a first time customer. My only suggestion would be to create a series of email follow-ups during the fulfillment stage that would build a better sense "process" so-to-speak; thus keeping the customer informed (while simultaneously building brand confidence)... The idea of sending one (1) simple email to confirm an order is not enough to build a "digital rapport." Frankly, that's the only area that I see needs some work, otherwise, the quality of the flowers that my partner received and the fulfillment of the delivery in a timely manner, along with the reasonable pricing, and ease of use, was satisfactory, and I would consider using fromyourflowers.com again.
