Bogus sale price. You charge a handling fee of $14.99. What a rip-off. The price of the order should include a handling fee - I'm paying you for flowers and that should include any handling fee. It really makes me mad when sites like yours lists an arrangement at a certain price and then claps a handling fee. Absurd!
The order was delivered within 24 hours, so I am very pleased with that! The flowers were sent to my daughter in law who lives outside Fort Benning, where my son is an active soldier, they are a longtime military family and new to this location. I know that what goes into an order depends on the state or region. It is lovely, but thought that for the price there would have been at least one rose or more Christmas greens. Shipping and handling seemed a bit steep...but it was my fault that I waited to the last minute. She was quite surprised...thank you for your efficiency and speedy delivery!

Like buying a wedding dress from a sketchy Chinese website. Customer service AWFUL. Spent $70 on this bouquet (which looked NOTHING like the picture, replaced roses with cheap carnations, and I could have gotten something better for much cheaper at the supermarket!) and they offered me $14 refund. That's what I call a scam.

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday. I paid extra to have them delivered by noon. They were delivered later In the day but they are refunding me the money I paid extra. Needless to say the flowers were beautiful and my mom was happy
Disappointed by the high price of handling (which was not originally mentioned) plus I requested the delivery for tomorrow which should not be a $2.99 extra for same day.
The flowers were sent by UPS and they delivered them at about 4 50 pm on the day I wanted them delivered in the morning. They were left outside next to the garage door.
