They arrived the next day instead of same day.
This purchase was a horrible mistake. I ordered a beautiful pictured Christmas tree arrangement for 59.99 (totaling 74.97). When my friend thanked me for her birthday present and sent me a pick. It was extremely embarrassing! It looked like a line Bush with an oversized bow on it. I wish I could post comparison pictures. Horrible experience. I was only offered a 30% refund which totaled 15$. Not acceptable.
I'm skeptical this order will be completed in the time you say however if it is I will definitely be updating my review.
Order came same day, it was nearly 8pm on delivery to kudos to the delivery driver.

The service and handling charge is a little obnoxious to add on top of the delivery charge that already exists. But I'll recommend you above other places because you were still cheaper overall. So good job on that. And the flowers really were beautiful

It was a very important delivery for a 5yr old girl's birthday. The only thing she wanted was to get a package. The delivery was made well after hours, and being so late she missed her birthday gift. Very disappointing. Will not use service again, and try to use companies who don't use UPS to deliver things.

I've never been so embarrassed to order something so misleading. This was an order from behalf of our family for a funeral, yet the order was delivered looking nothing like the flowers from the website. I've ordered flowers in the past, and they look pretty much similar to the order. But the flowers that were delivered today...was a scam.

$15 for handling was a surprise and your ad said $19.99 same day flowers and I didn't see anything like that. Everything was $30 and above so i ended up paying $50 for flowers. If my mother didn't deserve them I definitely wouldn't have done this and won't be doing this again. There's always a hidden fee and nothing is as advertised. The flowers were advertised as $31 with 20% off at checkout with code provided then upon checkout the price went up to $39 then the 20% was taken off which didn't make sense. I understand that you would charge for shipping but when purchasing in the middle of night online and adding charges and changing prices when you advertised certain things doesn't feel good! It's either pay this price at checkout for your loved ones items or nothing and you guys know this which is how I ended up $50 for flowers. Lesson learned to not do it again!
