The order process was easy. I ordered a funeral spray which was delivered on time and it was a beautiful arrangement. Very pretty flowers and it had a nice amount of flowers in it.
I did not like the fact that the flowers were not in the vase for delivery. The person I sent them to should not have to do the work of putting them in the vase.

The bouquet that was delivered was NOT what was pictured on the site. I'm very disappointed with the quality and presentation. What was delivered was a bunch of carnations and a couple roses. What was pictured was roses and lilies - no carnations! Very dissatisfied
Everything was excellent...EXCEPT... the flowers were delivered a week earlier than ordered. No problem. Just surprised.
Efficient and simply wonderful service
Love modern flower options, but flowers were not style or color ordered. Were supposed to be red and green tones and had yellow tulips? Understand some flowers may need to change, but, yellow tulips instead of red glads... I expected it to look more like the picture.

Flowers were beautiful. Delivered within the time frame I was given. Easy order and check out. I did like the selection of bouquets available but think a build your own option would be nice for when you want specific type of flowers with a specific color scheme.
I think $15 for the service fee is a little excessive. For future deliveries I will most likely just call a local florist directly.

It was quick and easy that's what I like no nonsense of add ins everytime u move to a different page love it, the only problem was that the lilys 2 of them had broken pedals other than that it was really nice.
