Delivery time was extremely late considering order was placed before opening of business.
The product delivered was different from the description. I had to upgrade to the deluxe for delivery and do not feel this was a deluxe arrangement. Also. I would have preferred to be contacted on the substitution of certain flowers that were chosen for a specific purpose. The same day delivery was great. The flowers were pretty otherwise. I did like the ease of ordering. 5 stars across the board if the arrangement had been more of what was expected.

Great and easy
This was a condolence gift of a fruit basket. The driver called me when he got no answer at door so I directed him next door where the neighbor is a relative to leave the basket. The uncle called me and thanked me for the gift. I will probably use your service again.

Local forest didnt have item order. Was notified quickly and had them build a florists choice. Recipient loved it. Just wish they would of added a little stuffed animal as original order had even if it was a different type. Over all satisfied very much
$22 for delivery tax and 'handling' was a bit much for a $40 order.
