Honestly, this was a gift and I haven't personally seen it. I can't image the recipient would complain. With that said, she was thrilled and told me she loved everything about it; the flowers were bright, the balloon colorful, the bear soft and chocolate delicious! And I am thrilled with the same day delivery! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I like coupons. Sympathy arrangements need to be less for delivery. Funerals are outrageous and Im a middle class poor teachet.
Check out was confusing. I think the handling/ delivery fees should be stated up front. Otherwise layout of site is good and pictures of bouquets are beautiful. Product prices were easy to see.
