I ordered a mini tree for a friend. She sent me a picture of it when it arrived, and it didn't look like the picture I ordered from. No Rose's or flowers of any kind, just bows and bulbs. Not what I expected.

I was surprised at that shipping/handling charge but the arrangement is beautiful and unique and I hope that it arrives the way it looks.
It was delivered with all the correct flowers but no succulents. In it's place was sprigs of pine which was nice but I think that it should have been noted that a replacement could be possible if such succulents weren't available.
This was a funeral arrangement and the family commented on how beautiful it was. The flowers themselves were gorgeous and fresh!
