It looked a little smaller than 18" mentioned in the description. I had hoped for the price I paid that it would be a little more generous.
My sister received her arrangement today. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality. It did NOT look like the picture I chose! It was suppose to be in a TALL vase. It did NOT include HOLLY leaves & looked like it was sloppy put together! I paid $53.65 for this Xmas gift. I want Compensation! I'll post this disappointment on line if you do nothing. Shopping was easy. Flowers were beautiful I just expected more flowers in the vase cause I went up on upgrade. But they are still gorgeous

I ordered the 'deluxe' version of the The Winter Wonderland Bouquet and was a bit disappointed at the size when my mother sent me a photo to thank me. It is far smaller than I thought it would be, based on the photo. I just now noticed that they photo does not change when you select different options - you only see the largest one, thus giving you a false sense of what you are receiving. Even though I was underwhelmed with the flowers themselves, the delivery was seamless and they arrived 6 hours after ordering (8:30am order, 2:45pm delivery). I would order again but with the caveat it will be smaller than advertised.
There are many beautiful flowers to choose from at very reasonable prices. They were received by the hostess on time and they loved them.
I went by picture to send to my mother and from picture I received from her, I was disappointed. They were to be red roses with purple flowers and the only purple was a little purple babys breath among the red roses. For price along with deluxe charges, I was it to be more purple flowers.
It was a pleasant experience and I will be using this service for all my flower orders.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
