Great pricing especially pricing!
Ordering online was very easy and my mother in law loved the poinsettia.
All worked well and, in the past, the flowers delivered have been great.
My only comment is that I thought I was ordering a floral arrangement in a vase with a get well balloon. I was surprised to see it was a basket with ivy, evergreens, pinecones and a bow and balloon. The recipient loved it, so I guess that's all that matters, but it would have been nice to get a message saying that what I ordered was not even remotely close to what was delivered. However, the delivery time was amazing.

Some of questions were difficult to answer as the plant was delivered out of town and I have not had a chance to see it.

The delivery charge is way too high. The flowers were nice, but I expected what I had seen on the website.
Our co-worker had a death in her immediate family and we took up money. When it got to shipping and taxes we couldn't afford the bouquet we picked out. And like 2 mins later I got an email for free delivery! Went back and got exactly what we wanted :)
