I ordered a Christmas tree arrangement, that didn't come close to what it looked like when placing the order. I was sent pictures of it three days after my sister-in-law received it. It looked like a blob of green with red roses that were already dead on it. There were maybe four ornaments on it, and I only seen one color, (the site showed two different colors). Needless to say, for what it cost me, I am very disappointed, and embarrassed to say the least. I will think twice before I order anything again.

The flowers were for a friend who had surgery. I ordered a glass planter with three flowering plants. What she received is a basket with a $7 poinsietta, a $8 christmas cactus and some other small plant. Not at all pretty and not at all what I ordered. I am extremely dissatisfied
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
