I did get a picture of my smiling granddaughter holding her roses. She loved them and they looked great.
My experience was both online and over the phone. My rep was great. He walked me through the entire process and helped me to understand all that I was unsure about. However, upon delivery of the item, I was embarrassed, upset and disappointed after I saw the actual presentation of the gift. I included a $5 "Thinking of you" Mylar balloon and what was received was a Mylar balloon with the words written with a marker. The backet was very unattractive and shabbily put together. I didnt expect that at all. I was so embarrassed. My nephew just underwent heart surgery and is in intensive care, so please imagine how I really wanted to present something nice to cheer them up and that basket was far from what I expected. I have the pictures and all and I am not happy. The package layout that I saw on your webpage and paid for does not even come close to what was received. I am humiliated to say the least
I spent $68 and it looks like I spent $5.
Flowers look nothing like the picture and the amount of flowers that were in the arrangement versus the amount that I paid when not even

One of the 12 roses was damaged and we discarded it. I didn't feel like I got my money's worth this time.
Ordered a 'Chocolate Lovers' basket. It was supposed to have higher end chocolates in it Ferraro Rocher, Lindt, and a few others. And it was supposed to be all chocolate products.
The basket that was delivered had Snickers, Kraft Caramels, M&M's, candy canes and a few others.
Very disappointed and feel like I got ripped off.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
