Gift did not get to my sister-in-law on the day of her birthday, which is the day I requested it be there. It got there a day late. If I knew there would be a problem getting it there on time, I would have ordered elsewhere. However, my sister-in-law sent me a picture of the gift and it was wrapped very nicely and in a basket that I didn't expect to be included. It was pretty and I was happy with the product itself.

I was a little disappointed that I was not able to get the arrangement I ordered. The florist in the delivery area did not have what I ordered. I did received an email saying that they substituted another arrangement for the order. I wish they had given a choice in the email to either send the new one or at least go on line an choose another arrangement. What was sent was nice but I don't think for the price it was as nice at the one I chose.

I have to say it is easy to order flowers from this site and never had a prob;em with delivery or the product. They show up on time and the flowers are beautiful.
I have not had good experiences in using this company before. Floral arrangements do not meet the advertisement or my expectations. I'm hoping that nothing too serious can go wrong with a potted poinsettia. The person I sent the poinsettia too said it was lovely, so I'm happy about that.
I've switched to you guys a few years ago from 1 800 Flowers. Don't let me down!

Pricey and a lot of fees added at the end of the transaction which I don't enjoy. I want to know everything up front. But I needed flowers same day, and they had a great selection so it was worth it.
My sister in law sent me a pic of the bouquet and it was definitely not as pretty as the photo, but I guess that's kind of typical for most flower deliveries.
