This was my first time ordering from "fromyouflower" website and I was very pleased with the costumer service I have received. After I placed my order I realized that I put a wrong address for delivery. And this was a very important order, a present for someone birthday. I wanted to make sure that the delivery happened on time and to the correct address. So I've reached out for an assistance and got it all figured out really quick and got the correct address updated. I will definitely will order from them in the future and highly recommend it to others.

I ordered the deluxe and was VERY disappointed as to the size and number of flowers included in the arrangement (friend sent me a picture). There were more flowers in the sample picture on line of normal size. What was received was no where near what was ordered and should have been delivered!

The flowers arrived on time.( it made Kathey's day) She said they looked great. The price seamed ok, as it is winter in Ohio and they should be a little hard to come by. Not the case in AZ.
So far, so good. My daughter is having surgery 12/16 in New Mexico. No family there. (I live in N.C.) I'm sure this will cheer her up!...12/16: Just got an email from my daughter -- in the recovery room! -- thanking me for the gorgeous flowers!

I ordered the primium bouquet,paid $62.00 and received a very small bouquet.Besides, I never got a call before delivery.The flowers were carelessly left outside the house.I calledyour customer service to ask for a return of my money,but instead I was offered a second delivery under same circumstances and the bouquet was also smaller than what I expected.The experience in general could not have been any worse

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
