The delivery went well, I got a call from Youflowers rep since no one answered the door, I text my Brother in law confirmed he was home and within minutes the arrangement was on his porch! Excellent service, highly recommend!

I had placed an order on Monday afternoon to be delivered by Wednesday afternoon. They called Tuesday night to let me know that the company that was supposed to fill it didn't have what I had ordered, and requested permission to send it to a different company. I agreed, that was perfectly okay. Then, I received a call at 11am on Wednesday. They supposedly sent it to 10 different companies and not one of them could fill the order, remind you, it was supposed to be delivered by noon on Wednesday. I requested for them to cancel the order. The refund has been processed, but I should have been informed of the issue prior to an hour Before the Paid delivery time! I had to use a completely different company and Still didn't get a delivery!
Bought as a graduation gift for best friend and she loved her flowers! Flowers were as pictured.

This was a great site to order flowers from. The pricing was very reasonable and the ease of ordering with PayPal and Amazon options was very convenient. However, once the order was delivered it looked NOTHING like the photo on the page. The vase was wrong, there were missing pieces, and the quality of the overall product was very disappointing.
I would liked to have seen the "add-ons" before final page.

I was led to a product I didn't initially want as I was looking for something for a table but it worked out fine.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
