Getting a pop up for not spending enough money when i spent over $100.00 is not ok. I rescheduled the delivery date via message and was assured it was taken care of. It was not. The bouquet that I ordered was a congratulations bouquet, a christmas bouquet was delivered. Sadly, a bad experience over all.

Handling fee way too high. Only reconsidered because email said I could get free shipping. My daughter received today. She is recovering from bypass surgery so wanted to surprise her. Her husband said it came in the mail. I thought they'd be delivered like I saw on the web site.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
