They are outsourced and will get everything wrong on your order. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Do not use them. Go directly through a florist and save yourself some time and headache.
Ordered a same-day delivery for a friend who suffered a loss 12/18. Received an email several hours later saying delivery would not be made same-day. Called customer service this morning as status of delivery states "delivery exception". 20-minutes with customer service agent who cannot reach the florist to see if in fact the arrangement will be delivered today. Now in limbo and told to wait for a call from unknown florist (they cannot provide name of business) to see if they will be able to tell me if flowers will be delivered.
Handling charge a bit steep
My order was a day late. Then when I called to see what happen, all I got was, " I'm sorry, was there anything else I can help you with!" Then when I told them to credit me the Shipping fee or something, the rep told me the only thing that could be done was giving me a 10% gift card of my next order. You messed up my order and want me to pay you for it? Crazy!
I was happy with the online service. Found what I wanted right away. Except didn't understand why it couldn't be delivered today. Not happy when I called to place order

The delivery was on the day but a little later than expected and the bouquet was smaller than expected as I Selected the deluxe. But the card was great and the recipient was very happy. The colors were pretty.

Delivery time was good but when the recipient sent me a picture, it didn't look like the picture from the site. I paid almost $60 but what I actually got was less flowers than the picture that was advertised.

Intuitive site and easy to order. Very nice selection to choose from. Not very happy with the delivered product. I would have expected some holiday decorations, ribbons or something cheerful rather than a plain white poinsettia plant. The plant is pretty, but not cheerful.
Unable to get what I ordered so they substituted with something they had close to it. My name was spelled wrong on the card when it was in print for them to put on the card.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
