I was very happy to be able to get same day service to send flowers, along with a basket, bear and balloon, to my sister. I was VERY happy to get a text from her saying she'd rec'd beautiful flowers and telling me how good they smelled. I asked if she also rec'd a bear and balloon. She said she'd rec'd two bears and snapped a photo to send me. I didn't let on to her that I was disappointed in the look of the arrangement. The online photo showed flowers to the right of the basket and a very nice teddy on the left. It was very symmetrical. He had on a nice sweater and was sturdy and of good quality. In my sister's there were two smaller bears sitting down in the basket, one pink and one yellow and pink flowers on the right. The yellow bear didn't go well at all. First, I was disappointed in the lesser quality of the bears [presumably they put in two to make up for not having a nicer bear as I'd ordered the deluxe version]. I was hoping the bear would be a keepsake as this was her 60th bday. [To be fair, it did say it might not be the same bear as in the online photo, but I thought it would be at least of the same quality.] Then, I was disappointed in the overall look of the arrangement with many flowers to the right and two smaller bears stuffed down into the basket on the left. The balloon that came with was fine. I am happy with the quality of the flowers themselves and the basket, but disappointed in the arrangement and in the bears. I rarely leave negative reviews, and I'm sure this was all just due to a busy season, but after spending $70, I should let people know to call and ask what they are getting rather than trusting the online site.
