It took me a long time to make this order. My first daughter`s last name was spelled wrong because my Kindle changed DiBiase to DINosaur which would not be cool. When I entered my second order it popped up with my first daughters name on it so I had to edit it. I think that everything is OK now. This is my first order from your company so I expect things will go better next time.

The flowers were delivered 3 days late. The order was for FRIDAY20 but delivered on Monday23 in the most unsatisfactory condition.The rose heads were dried out & no chance of opening out. I would ask for a replacement as this was to adorn a chapel for Christmas
The recipient was very happy with her flowers. She sent me a picture, which was very pretty. I was satisfied, although not "overwhelmed with excitement". I'm not sure I will use again, as the zip code I was sending to had a minimum order requirement, higher than some of your flowers. I think that is unfair.

Update: Floral arrangement was timely delivered and attractive; however it didn't look as full as the picture for a deluxe arrangement.
After many years using another online vendor, my recent experience with them has been horrifying. So very glad to have found you, my new go-to online florist.
I paid extra for same day delivery. The plant was not delivered. When I wrote to ask what had happened they wrote back a very nice a accommodating email saying no one was home to accept the delivery. When I asked if they left a message to that effect they wrote back that they didn't know. I got a song and dance about the vendor feeling it wouldn't be safe to just leave them when since I know the situation makes no sense. The doorway cannot be viewed from the street and there are large hedges blocking the view. Most deliveries are just left. Then they switched to another tune. I asked if they had contacted the recipient since I gave a phone number. Just more emails with generalized apologies. Then on Monday it again was not delivered. This time same old sorry for the inconvenience. No specific question from me could be answered. I conclude that no one ever tried to make a delivery in the first place either on the Saturday or the following Monday. They wrote that they would "investigate" but they had not asked or answered the most simple and logical questions like why didn't they leave a message to organize when they could be delivered? I paid 98. Dollars for nothing apparently. A really bad experience. I would avoid this company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
