I was expecting the arrangement to be shaped like a Christmas tree as shown in the picture on FB. It was shaped more like a Christmas bush. My niece is pleased and that's all that matters.

I wanted the flowers delivered on 12/24/19. Instead they were delivered 12/23/19. I asked specifically for 12/24 because I wanted them to last throughout the holidays.
Only comment one of the flower orders came on December 16 instead of the 23. It was just unexpected The arrangements were perfect

We were not pleased with the lack of contact with the recipient of the flowers an d even more disappointed with the product that was delivered. It was meant to look like a Christmas tree but it is not at all like the picture used from which we chose. Our daughter and family do not have the Christmas tree we thought we had bought to remind them of home.

The flowers didn't arrive until late in the day and then it didn't look anything like what I ordered. I will not be ordering from you again since what I ordered was not what was delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
