As long as it gets delivered as promised I am more than good. I do wish you had single flower add-ons available.
My order was suppose to arrive until 19th of December but it never came. Gourmet gift basket. Paid extra for same Day delivery. It's the 27th today and never got the basket. They said they left it behind the door but they never called and it never arrived. So disappointed that my mom-in-law didn't receive her gift on time. Never ordering from them again!
In this case, I am sending flowers to someone else, so I'd have no basis to assess the order.
This business is a SCAM. You order a floral arrangement and they deliver flowers that you wouldn't put on your enemy's grave. You are better off buying flowers at your local supermarket.

Very disappointed. I upgraded this arrangement to the highest level and expected it to look like the photograph I was shown on the website. It didn't even look like the smallest arrangement choice. This was a gift for someone who gets fresh flower arrangements frequently for their home and I wanted something impressive for Christmas. I was embarrassed because it appeared as though I didn't spend more than 19.99 and had tried to do the cheapest option.
I ordered the florist choice. I felt that the bouquet was small for the price paid. Next time I will order something specific so I get exactly what I expect and not something smaller.
When selecting the flowers you want the website is very misleading. I selected flowers that are advertised to be $67 but after you put in the address and payment information the price for just the flowers bump up to $79 with no explaination. Just tell me how much the flowers are up front with no games and I would've rated this experience a 5 star
We ordered numerous flowers for family members for Christmas and all were delivered on time and we were told they were beautiful. Price was right and all went well. We will order from them in the future!

I have ordered a few times an applied my credit which I did not recieve and ordered an item when it was placed the item amount was different,like the one I just ordered,
Flowers I ordered were sent to my mom. The whole order experience was satisfactory, I thought the purchase was a little on the expensive side, however was willing to pay for a nice product. I chose this particular arrangement because it was all carnations which is the favorite flower of choice for the recipient. I also paid extra to get the premium size. I was sent a picture when the arrangement was delivered and even though is was pretty it was not as big and full as I expected for the premium price. In the future if I use this service, I will be more skeptical of ordering the premium size.
