Flowers I ordered were sent to my mom. The whole order experience was satisfactory, I thought the purchase was a little on the expensive side, however was willing to pay for a nice product. I chose this particular arrangement because it was all carnations which is the favorite flower of choice for the recipient. I also paid extra to get the premium size. I was sent a picture when the arrangement was delivered and even though is was pretty it was not as big and full as I expected for the premium price. In the future if I use this service, I will be more skeptical of ordering the premium size.

I was disappointed with the size of the arrangement. It said it would be 14 inches in height and it was closer to 10. It came in a smaller round vase. The flowers were very fresh though.

I ordered what I thought would be an impressive Christmas flower arrangement as pictured on the website to send to my sister and her family in VA. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers, and I was quite disappointed. I paid for an arrangement full of beautiful red flowers and what was sent was mostly filler and greenery. I'm hoping that fromyouflowers.com will make it right.
As usual, the arrangement is never like the picture. Although it was close, there should have been two candles, and there was only one, but it was still nice.
