I ordered a bouquet that was supposed to arrive with a 'Get well' balloon. Unfortunately, the florist did not add the balloon to the order.
Apart from that, the bouquet was really beautiful and the delivery arrived quickly.

I was so disappointed, it got delivered 6 days after the day it was supposed to,so she received it after Christmas, plus it was not at all like the flowers I picked out to send, she was happy, but I wasnt.

Received my order on time but had ordered the premium arrangement and was not satisfied with what was delivered. Dealt with customer service on the chat line and received a replacement arrangement in a very timely manner and the flowers were very nice and what I had expected initially. The customer service representative did an excellent job and was very courteous.
I was really disappointed as I wanted the flowers delivered on December 24th and they delivered them on December 23rd. They were a Christmas gift for my mother and I knew she would not be home on December 23rd as she is a cancer patient and was having Radiation that day. They called her because she wasn't home and they left them on the porch because she couldn't be there to get them. I don't know if I would ever order from here again because it asked me what day I wanted them delivered and then you delivered on the wrong day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
