Last question better answered after flowers delivered. On time? Right Place? Any issues, etc.
I paid a premium for same day delivery but when I clicked on the tracking link, it showed not delivered around 7PM Eastern time. I reached out via a chat and was given generic information. When I challenged, they said they could not reach delivery person and that, given the time 7:15pm, it probably would not be delivered same day.
Around 10pm eastern time, the recipient let me know they were received and the picture was beautiful. Her grandson came home from work just as the delivery person was at the door, signed for the arrangement. She got them when she returned home. I don't know what time they were delivered.
It would have been helpful if the link had been updated once delivered. This morning it still showed scheduled for delivery even though I know they were received last night.
No need to refund the additional $ paid for same day delivery as they were delivered same day.

I ordered flowers for my mothers 89th birthday. They were delivered on Dec 24th instead of Dec. 27th as requested. She hates getting her birthday present for Christmas instead of on her birthday! I was very disappointed!
It seems that you show a discounted price and when I tried using my $15 JOY discount, the price jumped back up to regular price.
The flowers were received on the date as promised; however 3 of the flowers were dead. Which is saddening because the flowers were sent to cheer someone up in a nursing home.
My Daughter-in-law loved the plant. I had originally Ordered 1 DZ yellow roses that were supposed to be delivered on 12/24 since they did not arrive, I decide to reorder the dish garden. I plan to contact customer service later.

I am very disappointed in the arrangement sent from your company. It looks nothing like the photo on your website from which I made my selection. I sent a photo in an email of the arrangement that was sent to my friend. Totally embarrassing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
