This order of flowers were fine. The last order of flowers sent to my 92 year old Mother in an assisted living community for Christmas arrived wilted and dead. When i reached out to your company to send replacement flowers, i was given a $20 credit to use as an 'I'm sorry'. Sending me a credit for less than half of what i spent was an insult.
I will no longer use your company to send flowers to anyone given your poor customer service.

I ordered a "deluxe" white azalea in a "charming planter" for a friend in the hospital over Christmas. A very small, scrawny pink plant in a cheap wicker basket was delivered instead. Definitely not worth $66.! Very disappointing. I sent an email asking fromyouflowers to resend the order correctly or refund my money. I am hopeful they will make this right.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
