Disappointed with the bouquet that she received. It doesn't look anything like the item I selected. I selected a pink rose and lily bouquet. She received a peach lily, a red rose and a hot pink rose with several lily blossoms not yet open. Looks like they used whatever leftovers they had. Not worth the $50 I spent. Don't feel the florist in Wisconsin that filled the order lives up to fromyouflowers.com standards. I have always been satisfied in the past.
Would not recommend this site to anyone. I paid extra for same day delivery and it was recieved 4 days later. They did not give me any reason as to why, just they didn't have a driver for that day. Why would you offer the service and have us pay extra if you can't even deliver? Not only were they late but they sent the wrong flowers in a small size when I ordered a bigger size, and they were flowers that I did not want and ask for! AND I paid extra for a balloon with it and it wasn't sent with it. They're just money thieves!

I submitted my order I think about 6:30am, received a call from florist to confirm hospital and room number about 8:00, they were delivered by 11:00 am. Best service I've had in years. It was a small order, really, but treated as though it were just as important as a really big order. And I have seen a picture of it now, and it is very pretty. I am pleased. Will purchase from fromyouflowers.com again for all my out of town flower orders, and will definitely recommend them.

A week ago, I had a sad experience with this company. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. I added $6 for early delivery by 12pm.
But no call no show even at 1pm. I called the customer service and ask if they can check my order?
The guy, with strong accent says he need my name, address and I told him that. Then he ask me my card information. Wait. What? I calling to ask «Why are you guys doesn't deliver my flowers in time?»
So then I ask him his name. And he is decline my question. So how can I told you who I am, my credit card information and maybe SSN number and I still don't know who you are?
I don't know is he new or something but he have to be fired!
I hang up and called again to talk with somebody else. The woman who answer me ask just my name and receiver address. It's ok. Then she says:
-We apologies for that. So if delivery driver will not come soon to your mother we will return your 6$ on card.
They delivered flowers on the end of the day. Yes, they returned the 6$ for early delivery, and the flowers were great, but I'm unhappy.
Why did you guys offer that you can't perform?

The experience was fine. I just didn't like when I got to the end and all of these other charges were added which brought the total up to $30.00 more. I was also surprised that the flowers looked so much larger on the site. It was really small in real life.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
