Flowers arrived on time and in lovely form; however, they did not look exactly like the online picture.
The flowers were not the same featured in the picture and the red were a duller red than I expected, but the recipient was happy and they arrived on time which was the important thing.

Misleading emails said I have a "credit," then I learn I cannot apply it to an order for "discounted" flowers. The high delivery charge is not disclosed at the outset of ordering. They'd better be beautiful, or I'll report to J.D. Powers and Yelp.

Very dissatisfied with the delivery as I was told it was delivered and it was not. Spent lots of my time trying to find delivery status. Plus I was charged 12/29/2019 Fyf*fromyouflowers *******853 Ct 1 $62.54 and the it was supposed to be $54.00 with discounts. I ordered at 9 am and flowers not delivered until 630... Wont be using your service again.
I reside in Clayton, NC and I ordered a flower arrangement on Saturday December 28,2019 for my uncle's funeral service which was to be held on Monday December 30,2019 in Hartford, CT. I SPECIFICALLY noted on my request that the service started at 10 am Monday morning. I even paid the extra fee to ensure the arrangement would be delivered on Monday morning. I checked the status of my order on Monday at 11 am, only to find out that the status of my order was scheduled to be delivered! I called the 800# only to find out the same information via the automated system. I called back again to speak with a representative who informed me of the same. She apologized saying that they could have the arrangement sent to the family home instead... uhm NOOOOOOOO, I wanted it for the service! I demanded a full refund and was advised it would take 1-3 business days... funny how they immediately take your money but slow to give it back! I wanted to show my love and support to my father, who had to bury his brother... and this company did not allow me to do that! I'm soooooooooooo mad and will NEVER use this company EVER again! If I could give it NEGATIVE stars I would!
