I needed a time frame or a call so I could know when the item was going to get delivered. The flowers are not well made and the delivery. I don't know where the flowered were made but I wouldn't want to receive the flowers from the same place. Overall the website was easy to manage, a little confusing at first because I wanted to know the full price with delivery before adding my card information.
