The overall ordering experience was similar to other sites, but the flowers I selected did not represent the photos from the web site. There was a lot of greenery instead of flowers.
Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on the morning of her birthday and they were delivered a few hours later! She loved them as did my father. They said that they were full and robust, not wilted or old. My sister took a picture and sent it to me and I thought they did a great a job. If I ever need flowers again, I will order from this company! Thank You!

The "surprise" service/handling fee was not pleasant
Order flowers for my sweetheart, paid $65 for a mid size display and bear. Very nice looking, and paid to expedite the flowers so they'd be delivered before 12pm. Surprise, they weren't delivered before 12 more like 4 and my sweetheart didn't see them that day. I called to ask/test FYF to see what they had to say. "The flowers were delivered at 12" said no they weren't what time were they really delivered? I sat on hold for 10 minutes "oh, sorry o can't get in touch with the drivers" after 10 more minutes of trying to dodge the fact that I paid to expedite the flowers I ask for a full refund and wait another ten minutes on hold before she gives me my refund. Very happy to be refund, very disappointed with the service. Will not be ordering from there again, I do not like being lied to
I was able to order a beautiful bouquet of flowers and have them delivered to my wife's work on the same day, within a couple of hours.
Needless to say, she loved them and they made her the envy of the office.
I am somewhat upset that a $14.99 handling charge was never mentioned until you pay for the item.
Service and handling should be included in price quoted and the bouquet of flowers that were the premium / luxury edition were tiny and going out of date. Very disappointing- will not use this service again and plan to take to Twitter with some pictures
