Pretty good experience. The only thing that I did not expect was the service charge. I ordered a lavender bouquet and the picture was all purple flowers. Purple was the goal. When it was delivery there was little to no purple in the flowers. They substituted pink and peach. Gross! It was delivered quick and the price was good, but not what I ordered as far as color.
The website was easy to use. The order was placed late in the day on a weekend and the recipient received the order the next day. Good delivery time. I will use the service again.

Ordering is easy the arrangement was nice, but clearly advertised as being more full. The deluxe is 5 plants in the bowl. Not a terrarium, and not full. This is why folks should go in the store, maybe the shop doesn't have the amount of plants as pictured.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
