My grandmother's birthday flowers arrived very quickly after order. She told me they were beautiful. My only complaint is ther cost of handling.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
