Ordering was easy and recipient loved the arrangement, however...you did not include the card with our message. Recipient had to call you to find out who the sender was and then you sent our message via text message. Not my idea of good customer service.
My grandmother's birthday flowers arrived very quickly after order. She told me they were beautiful. My only complaint is ther cost of handling.

Only site I could find that delivered on Sunday.Did not deliver on Sunday. Did not come from the shop I requested and flowers were wilted and ugly, Not what was shown on page. I have requested another arrangement be delivered.
