Quick, easy, just what I needed today..
Can't shop in person these days. My friend called after her floral gift arrived, she was thrilled and timing was perfect.
I ordered the "Bursting Yellow Bouquet" but the WRONG ORDER of the "Vibrant & Bright" was ordered but neither of those got delivered.
There was a 3rd flower arrangement delivered (bc when I called to check on the status; that's when I was told it was already delivered).
So, what "fromyouflowers.com" uses for a flower shop where I needed them to be delivered... SCREWED UP BIG TIME.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
