Flowers are beautiful. However, the recipient was not aware that the flowers were left by front door. She didn't hear a knock or a doorbell. And was not phoned. The following day, her neighbor rang her doorbell to advise she had flowers dropped off at the front door.
Otherwise all was excellent and I'm mentioning this as not everyone uses their front door when they have a garage etc...
I have numerous emails for a $12.19 credit from a previous order. It never got applied.

I needed a little more room on the card to list the names of all four of us.
After checking out, I realized the price was $20 more than expected. It was not clear up front that the $50 price of the basket did not include a $14 delivery fee and about $4 tax. The tax is no big deal, but I think you should be clearer that the basket price does not include the delivery fee.

The flowered were for my daughter's 21st birthday. They were beautiful and as advertised! The shopping experience was great until final checkout and discovered the $15 service fee. Wish I would have just gone direct to a local florist however went they with the purchase

For the most part, the website was easy to use. The delivery fees were outrageous. There was a fee for am or pm delivery, a basic fee of $14.95 and a same day fee, service fee and tax. For your prices being reasonable, the fees seem as if you are trying to make up for the lower costs. I placed the order 24 hours in advance so there shouldn't have been a same day fee. The flowers were lovely but the balloons looked like they were a few days old. Very deflated.
