I sent an email stating that I chose the purple bouquet for Lisa but when she received her flowers they were all pink. I chose purple cause it's her favorite color so I was a little disappointed. It was ok. You really should have a part on the app for the recipient. Because there the one's who get the flowers. I had to contact recipient to let me know if they got there flowers.

It was expensive with the extra handling fee, also the balloon I ordered did not get sent but they were quick to make adjustments and refund the money for that once I let them know and sent a $10 gift certificate because of the issue which was nice.

It was very easy to shop and find what I wanted, however, the delivery and picture were not the same. I picked the bear with hugs and kisses and the bear had on a "brown" tie. The gift was for my daughter and also the basket was not the same which threw off the whole look. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
