I was happy with the price of the flowers but $14.99 for shipping and handling added on last minute was ridiculous and plain wrong.
I was disappointed the flower colors weren't as bright and sunny as the picture showed for The Sunshine Bouquet. That's why I picked that particular arrangement. However the ones she rec'd were still nice.
I ordered deluxe size of flowers "Purple morning melody" for my friend's birthday. I was told it should contain 9 purple roses. When my friend received the flowers, she text me a pic which only has 6 pink roses and arranged very differently from the picture posted online! When I called them, they offered no refund but a 30% off or a gift certificate. What a dishonest way of doing business! Cheating! Won't order from them again. Recommend highly to check your order to see if it matches!

The process was very easy and the flowers showed up on time and were beautiful. The only complaint is that the card with my personal message was not in an envelope and all could read it at the front desk upon delivery. Would have been nice for that to have remained private.

It's not clear that there is an additional $15 service fee. This is dishonest and a bait and switch. I was tempted not to give you the business at all.

The $15 service charge was not clear at all. Kind of showed up at the end and added about 30% to the cost. I didn't want to be bothered With it anymore, so I proceeded with the purchase. Will not be purchasing from this site again.
