The plant said dish and showed a decorative metal container. It was delivered in a cheap white basket and looked cheap. Also the bow was skimpy and there was no sympathy card, just a piece of pink paper with the recipients name and address.
Used you guys in the past, and even when there was a glitch on my second time ordering, the correction was swift and hassle free, good job guys...kudos!..
I wanted same day delivery but the flowers didn't get there until the next day. Other than that it was a very positive experience.

I was happy with the price of the flowers but $14.99 for shipping and handling added on last minute was ridiculous and plain wrong.
I was disappointed the flower colors weren't as bright and sunny as the picture showed for The Sunshine Bouquet. That's why I picked that particular arrangement. However the ones she rec'd were still nice.
I ordered deluxe size of flowers "Purple morning melody" for my friend's birthday. I was told it should contain 9 purple roses. When my friend received the flowers, she text me a pic which only has 6 pink roses and arranged very differently from the picture posted online! When I called them, they offered no refund but a 30% off or a gift certificate. What a dishonest way of doing business! Cheating! Won't order from them again. Recommend highly to check your order to see if it matches!
